I asked to sub the mustard for mayo and got a drop. I bought two kids meals and a num 4. All of them had no mayo. I to put mayo myself at home.
I found a cockroach in my salad while I was eating. This was a very unpleasant and concerning experience. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was given a refund, but no apology was offered, and the employees were not very friendly or professional. Finding an insect in food is unacceptable, and I expected better customer service when reporting the issue. I hope management addresses both the food safety concerns and the way customer complaints are handled.
Not even in the top 6 burger places in TX, I AGREE. If employees would not eat it why are they serving it? The fries are raw, the tea tastes like it is a week old and the grilled chicken sandwich had brown, rotten lettuce and slopped in sauce.
